All Romance (ARe) has a survey on their website geared towards learning more about how authors and readers use their website.
"We released an anonymous survey today over at AllRomance.com in hopes of discovering more about how readers discover, access, and read eBooks. We're specifically exploring some issues around DRM and sharing. You can take the survey just by going to our home page (it will pop up, no registration required). We'd appreciate it if you can mention the survey to your authors and readers. We're hoping for a large turn out and plan to share/present the results. It's been up for about two hours and we have close to 500 responses so far. The more respondents the better!"
